About the role

We are looking for an Officer to join a specialised team focused on private credit solutions, supporting clients who invest in assets such as corporate loans, infrastructure debt and real estate debt. The role involves ensuring data quality, compliance with procedures and excellence in service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Loan Processing, Data Management and Reporting

Ensure that all necessary documentation (credit agreements, trade documentation, drawdown requests, among others) is collected, signed and duly executed.

Ensure the processing and management of all transactions (settlements, repayments, loan restructurings) in accordance with internal procedures.

Extract reports (e.g., collateral, positions, accruals), perform cash and position reconciliations, and provide information to support decision-making and supervisory functions.

Analyse and integrate data into systems, comparing different sources and ensuring the reliability of information.

Perform controls in accordance with procedures and risk mapping (checklists, four-eyes principle, among others).

Customer Service
Ensure customer satisfaction by following instructions, responding to requests, and ensuring compliance with defined standards and deadlines.

Follow up with customers to obtain missing information or documentation.

Escalate unresolved situations and potential incidents appropriately.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Participate in training activities for continuous development and upskilling.

Support the integration and training of new employees.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities for optimisation and participating in their implementation.

Promote a good team environment and comply with the Group's Code of Conduct, including Smart Working policies and mandatory training.

Requirements
Technical Skills Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Languages Fluent English (mandatory);
Academic Qualifications and Experience Degree (3 to 5 years) in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar field;
Knowledge or experience in Banking and Financial Operations, Accounting and Finance;
Strong teamwork skills;
High level of rigour and attention to detail;
Customer focus;
Good organisational skills;
Critical and analytical thinking;
Strong results orientation.
